These Terms of Service govern your use of our yoga studio booking platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Accounts
When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian if required by law
Platform Services
We provide software that enables yoga studios to manage schedules, bookings, memberships, class packs, and payments. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
Studio Owner Responsibilities
If you operate a studio on the platform, you are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your studio information, class listings, and pricing
- Your own cancellation, refund, and studio policies shown to students
- Complying with applicable laws, including consumer and data protection rules in your jurisdiction
- Maintaining a valid Stripe Connect account for receiving payments, where applicable
Student Use
Students book classes and purchase plans through individual studio sites. Your relationship for class delivery, refunds, and cancellations is primarily with the studio you book with, subject to that studio's policies.
Payments and Subscriptions
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. You agree that:
- Platform subscription fees for studio owners are billed according to the plan selected at signup
- Class, pack, and membership charges are set by each studio and processed through Stripe
- Refund eligibility is determined by the relevant studio's policies and applicable law; platform fees may be non-refundable unless required by law
Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm others, or upload unlawful or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Send spam, malware, or automated scraping that disrupts the service
Intellectual Property
The platform, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited license to host and display it solely to operate the service.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Yoga classes involve physical activity; studios and participants are responsible for health and safety decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for claims relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred euros if greater protection is required by law.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
